Lileth Muench is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. She obtained her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and an advanced certificate in Interdisciplinary Trauma Studies from SUNY Oswego.
Lileth has experience working with all age ranges presenting with anxiety, depression,ADHD, grief/loss, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship conflicts, self-identity, and a variety of other mental health concerns.
Lileth provides clinical guidance based on client needs for individuals, couples, families, and groups using various theories such as; person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, emotional focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused therapy, art therapy, sex therapy, mindfulness and parenting skills. She believes that every accomplishment starts with the decision to try and she is here to help others start that process and guide them through it.
Fun facts: Outside of work Lileth enjoys arts and crafts, listening to music, traveling, being physically active and spending time with her kids, her dog and her fiancé.
