Beth Kellogg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University/Purdue University in Indianapolis. She has worked in healthcare for many years specializing in palliative care with clients and families to help them find a place of peace and acceptance with the challenges and impact of serious illness. Beth has mentored new palliative care Social Workers around the country helping them to grow and develop as clinicians.
She has Behavioral Health experience with clients and families facing substance use disorder and acute psychiatric crises related to anxiety, depression, trauma and chronic mental illness. She is experienced in using Person Centered Care, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Beth approaches all clients from a Strengths Perspective and a belief that everyone has the potential to better understand their own needs so they are empowered to pursue their goals.
Her practice interests include grief recovery, the impact of physical/mental illness and substance abuse on individuals and couple, and the balancing of emotional and physical wellness. Beth offers individual, couples and sex counseling. She is LGBTQIA affirming and welcoming of all. She is currently being trained in both EFT and sex therapy.
Beth recently moved to North Carolina from the Midwest to be nearer to family. She enjoys family time, finding new hiking trails, exploring area restaurants, and meeting new friends.
Beth currently practices in-person at our Raleigh location, and online for clients anywhere in NC.
