Tracy Russell who joins us in Raleigh and is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate who graduated from the Joint Master of Social Work program at UNCG and NCA&T where she focused in multicultural clinical practice.
Tracy takes a “whole person” strengths based approach when working with her clients. She works to create a welcoming, safe environment for fostering positive relationships with individuals and couples. Tracy spent the last 2 years providing therapy to children and families using creative interventions with a focus on building communication skills and positive relationships within a family. Tracy is interested in exploring relationship dynamics and attachment as they impact parenting. She is passionate about mental health education for professionals and the community
Fun Facts: In her down time, Tracy enjoys riding bikes on the American Tobacco Trail with her husband and son, cross stitching, and re-watching the West Wing. She loves food, especially baking for friends and family. She enjoys exploring new foods while traveling and even once spent her birthday at a cake buffet in Japan.
