Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and finding someone you feel safe with matters. Chad offers a steady, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself and with the people who matter most.
Chad is a clinical intern pursuing his Master’s in Counselor Education (Clinical Mental Health Counseling) at East Carolina University. Therapy is a second career for him, after years leading teams in the corporate world, he found his way back to what always felt like his true calling: understanding people and helping them heal. Having navigated his own career change and the questions that come with a new season of life, he brings real empathy to anyone standing at their own crossroads.
How Chad Can Help
Chad uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you:
◦ Break free from the painful, repeating cycles that leave couples feeling stuck, distant, or misunderstood
◦ Understand the deeper feelings and needs beneath the conflict
◦ Rebuild safety, trust, and closeness in the relationships that matter most
For individuals, Chad brings that same warmth and attention to your inner world, helping you gain emotional clarity, understand yourself more fully, and move forward with a renewed sense of direction.
