Mary Hunt

Mary Hunt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in North Carolina, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from Brigham Young University, followed by a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University.
Her approach is warm and empathetic. She seeks to create a space where clients feel heard and safe exploring deeper feelings. Mary’s primary therapeutic modality is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She has completed advanced training in EFT, including an ICEEFT externship. She is passionate about fostering healing in relationships and supporting her clients on their journey toward growth.
Outside of her professional work, Mary enjoys staying active through sports, running, and skiing. She also loves baking, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
Mary currently practices in-person at our Raleigh location, and online for clients anywhere in NC.
